Due to the nature of the product, Sudz Kitchen does not accept returns or exchanges.

Most customizable items are made to order. Please allow extra time for large orders or highly customizable items (i.e. color changes).
Colors may vary slightly by product since they are hand mixed in Sudz Kitchen.
Colors may also appear slightly different online due to digital color spaces.
shipping
Products are typically shipped via USPS. Most orders will be shipped within 5 business days. Please allow extra time for customizable items. Items on backorder will ship within 7-10 business days from date of purchase.
As of November 1, 2023, we are no longer delivering orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. By choosing “Local Pickup” you are agreeing to pick up your order from our retail location in San Dimas, CA. We will send an email to the email address provided on the order to arrange a date for pick up. Please note we are typically open Thursday – Saturday. We can arrange pick up on dates outside of our open hours as time permits. This option is not recommended for rush orders.
Any shipping overages will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Sudz Kitchen is not responsible for damage during transit. We will do our part to package products properly but seller assumes risk of improper handling once the package is in transit.
